
ORIGIN & PRODUCTION
According to research, this fruit’s wild ancestor originated in the Indo-Burmese region or China. Introduced to Europe, the lemon was known as the "Assyrian apple" or "Median apple”. It was used as a remedy against fever.

DESCRIPTION & APPEARANCE
On average, lemons weigh between 120 and 150 grams. With regard to colour, they can take on several shades, varying from bright yellow to golden yellow.
